The founder
MMI is founded and run by Ewan McIntyre, a marine engineer with around 20 years across commercial shipping and superyachts. Ewan still works at sea as a serving engineer on board — so every product and service MMI offers comes from genuinely living the problems, not reading about them.
That’s the difference. MMI doesn’t inspect to a checklist or design from a catalogue. It starts with the issues crews hit day in, day out, and engineers practical, repeatable solutions that actually hold up in service.
