Terms & Conditions

Two documents govern our work. Which one applies depends on whether we are supplying goods or carrying out work on your vessel.

Goods & supply

Terms of Sale, Supply and Services

Version 5.0 · 6 August 2026 · supersedes Version 4.0

Our Master Terms. These apply to everything we supply — toolkits, cases, foam inserts, consumables, vacuum bags, connectivity systems, fabricated items and custom work — and to every quotation and order we accept.

  • How orders are formed, priced and paid
  • Delivery, shipment and when risk passes
  • Bespoke goods and cancellation
  • Warranty, returns and retention of title
  • Resale, distribution and branding

Servicing & reporting

Terms of Servicing, Maintenance, Training and Technical Reporting

Version 1.0 · 6 August 2026

These apply whenever we work on a vessel or issue a report — engine and machinery servicing, diagnostics, maintenance training, winter lay-up, condition reporting, on-water support and marine structure installation.

  • Scope of works and what a service does and does not include
  • Access, site conditions and health & safety
  • Parts, materials and client-supplied items
  • What our reports cover and who may rely on them
  • Sub-contractors and network engineers

In short

Which set applies

Buying a product

A toolkit, a case, foam, vacuum bags, a Rapid Connect unit, a custom build — the Master Terms apply.

Us working on your vessel

Servicing, diagnostics, lay-up, training, an inspection or a report — the Servicing Terms apply, and take precedence where the two overlap.

Both at once

Where a job involves parts as well as labour, the Master Terms continue to govern the parts we supply.

Worth knowing

The points people ask about

  • Warranty — 12 months from delivery for goods; 3 months for labour-only services.
  • Reports — prepared for the named client only. An MMI report is not a pre-purchase survey, a valuation, or a class, flag or coding survey. No insurer, broker, purchaser or lender may rely on it.
  • Business customers — these terms are written for business customers. Where you are a consumer, clause 27 of the Master Terms applies and your statutory rights are unaffected.
  • Your purchase order terms — supplier terms in a purchase order, portal registration or yard contractor pack do not apply unless we accept them in writing.
  • Governing law — the laws of England and Wales.

The version current at the date your contract is formed is the version that applies. If you need a copy of a superseded version, ask and we will send it.

Question about the terms?

If anything here affects how you want to work with us, say so before you order rather than after. We would rather agree it up front.
